Photography
In 2007, Daedalus visited all official (and some unofficial) SL train stations and photographed them to go in a Snapzilla album.
A well-received project depicting various stages of avatar deformation at increasing altitudes, made using morphing photos and posted on YouTube, was even linked to by Torley Linden in an Official Linden Blog post.
From January 2008, Young has several photos up for display at the new Second Arts Photography building at Oyster Bay.
Contests
Daedalus frequently participates in the photography contest of The Photography Studio in Grignano, which he has won several times. He also ended up 2nd place in the 2007 Art & Artist Network Group Logo contest (with 16% of all votes).
Daedalus participated in Linden's organized Sculpty contest.
Resident Bear
After collecting several Linden Bears, Young created his own Resident Bear, which can be bought for free at the Oyster Bay stall, or through Daedalus personally. The Bear is scripted to change colour on the owner's demand. Petronilla Paperdoll featured the Bear in The AvaStar issue 42.
